Emailed two queries yesterday. Queries for my Paranormal/Romance. Got the replies today - :| - They were both rejections but still... that is the quickest anyone has ever gotten back to me.
So I guess my little theory is correct, it is the wrong time to be querying this book. Paranormal has gone in to over drive at the moment (which dont get me wrong as a paranorml fan I is very happy about that) but it means that a lot of agencies aren't biting that hook at the moment.
So I might just have to leave my Par/Rom on the back burner and push another manuscript.... nah, I will keep pushing it. I love my characters to much to let them just sit there. Keep your fingers crossed.
