I am a Kreativ Blogger Award Nominee!

I've been nominated for a Kreativ Blogger award by Paranormal & Dark/Urban Fantasy Romance writer, Dianna Hardy. Thank you so much, Dianna! This is the first time I've ever had my blog nominated. It's very exciting.

If you get a moment do wander over to Dianna's site and check out her work. I had the pleasure of reviewing "'Til Death do us part" her short re-telling of The Little Mermaid and I absolutely loved it. It's such a beautifully written story. I am intrigued by her The Witching Pen Novellas. I plan to buy the omnibus once it is out so I can devour all three books at once. I'm too impatient sometimes. :-P

The Kreativ Blogger Rules say I must:

  • Thank my nominator
  • Provide a link to his/her blog
  • List 7 things readers might find interesting about me
  • And nominate 7 others
7 things about me that you may find interesting:

  1. I originally wanted to be an actress. It was a decision I made after I watched Dirty Dancing for the first time. I was 5 years old. I know, I was rather young to watch such a movie. In all honesty I have never fully understood why I didn't want to be a dancer instead, but, I had seen the movie Ghost - also starring the amazing Patrick Swayze - and something subconsciously dawned on me that by being an actress I could learn all sorts of things and be anyone I wanted to be for a short time. Sheer magic.
  2. I studied Musical Theatre and passed with top marks. The best role I played in those two years was Marty in Grease. It was fun to be somewhat slutty. ;-P
  3. When I was fifteen I had a fan site for an English band called, "Busted." I use to write a series for it, which looking back at it was my first step into writing. It was forever ago and I know longer have the files, but I really enjoyed writing that little series.
  4. My first sex dream starred Yul Brynner from the old musical "The King and I." I was actually Anna in the dream and he was the king - obviously. I have never really liked that musical and I have never seen the actor in anything else. I have also never found him that attractive. So, I actually have no idea why he was my first fantasy man, but there you go.
  5. I am a Sims addict. I love the game. I couldn't even tell you why. I just do. I had all the originals. I never got around to getting any of The Sims 2 games, but I have all The Sims 3 and could quite easily play on them for hours. *Hearts them*
  6. Tim Burton is my favourite director. I love his stories and I love how he views the worlds of these characters. And, oh my god, Dark Shadows looks AMAZING!
  7. My two favourite things to eat are Cheese Burger and Nachos. (Naturally not together, because that would be a little too much.) So unhealthy, which means I have to do some serious Wii Fit exercises every time I've indulged, but sooooo yummy!

Here are the 7 blogs/author I stalk nominate:

Chris Lange - (Sensual Romance Author)
Sarah Ballance - (Romantic Suspense Author)
Ella Jade - (Contemporary Romance/BDSM Author)
Desi Moon - (Romance Author)
Zee Moondee - (Romance/Suspense/Espionage Author)
This Girl's World (Rosalie Stanton) - (Erotic Romance Author)
Lucy Felthouse - (Erotic Author)

And I would have totally nominated Dianna, because I love the entire look of her site and blog, but I wasn't sure if I could re-nominate the person who nominated me. But just so you know Dianna, you're totally in that list, even though your not. If that makes sense? O_o
