Update!

It's been a while since I have done an update post and the reason for that is that things have been a) hectic at the day job, b) slow progress is being made with projects, and c) things have basically been a little crazy all around.

I feel like every time I start one of these posts I am basically saying the same things, but the fact is life is just being idiotic life at the moment. I'm spending more hours at work then in front of my computer meaning that by the time I get home my energy is very low and words are rather hard, but in saying that, I am working on a new project at the moment and making slow progress, so it isn't all bad. Although, in truth, I also prefer to do updates when I have more than one thing to tell y'all, which today I do. ;-P

I briefly mentioned - somewhere - that I was working on a naughty little short story called Truth or Dare? Well, I finished it earlier on this year and I am thrilled to say that it has been contracted with Decadent Publishing. Yay!

Truth or Dare? is a fun and sexy little short. The leads, Dani and Cameron, are constantly working each other up in all the right and wrong ways. Dani has just moved into a new apartment and after the guests of her house warming party leave, Cameron suggests a little game of truth or dare, which is to be fuelled by some tequila. Who knows what they will get up to . . . ;-P

Yeah, I had some fun writing this one. ;-P No release date is set yet with the book only just being contracted, but you can be sure that once I have a date and cover and all the details, you will know.

A house-warming party was the last thing Dani wanted, but what she didn’t expect upon clearing her apartment was to be roped into a tequila fuelled game of truth or dare.

Just harmless fun? Not when Cameron, the guy of her fantasies and the jerk who rejected her a year ago, is the one provoking her into playing.

When the game turns intimate and their friends leave them alone, thing suddenly turn serious. Is it bravado pushing them forward? The deep hidden desire for one night of fun? Or will a dare give both Dani and Cameron the courage they need to tell the truth?

Also, due to low sales - which I personally feel was due to the high price of the book - I have gotten the rights back for my urban fairytale/contemporary/erotic romance novella, Razel Dazzle, and I will be re-issuing it with a fab new cover - which I already have and boy, do I love it - and at a very low price.

I have no set date for the re-release, but I am aiming for the end of September/beginning of October. This will be the first book I will e self-publishing and even though it is a re-release I want to make sure that I do it right. So, as soon as I know the date you will. :-)

Work in Progress

I am still in the middle of writing Let Me In, which is another project I mentioned earlier this year, and I think in my last update. Let Me In, is a dark erotic paranormal featuring an Incubus and a couple of Succubus'. I did start this story in November, but due to work, and finding the right angle it has a while to get to that point where everything has just clicked, but I'm happy to say that it has, and that the story continues to slowly unveil itself to me.

I originally planned for Let Me In to be the first of three books, kinda like three parts, but at the moment there is a possibility it could be one book, or perhaps two. I'm still figuring everything out as I go. So, we shall wait and see.

I'm mainly concentrating on Let Me In at the moment. The Overseers Series is currently on hold until 2014. The reasons for that decision will be explained later on this year. All other projects - including the next book in The Blood Series - are on the back burner at the moment. Mainly because of lack of time and energy, which means that I have to move things around a little.
