Wednesday Briefs: Truth or Dare?

I'm afraid I had to skip last weeks instalment of Wednesday briefs due to be idiotically busy again. So, many apologies about that. Needless to say that today's post is continuing from where we left off a fortnight ago. Once again I would just like to point out this is super rough writing that hasn't been double check or gone through edits . . . at least not yet.

This weeks prompt is: "What did you just say?"

Enjoy!

~ * ~

Truth or Dare?

“I’m not playing with you.”

I tensed as he straightened. My arms automatically flew to my chest, a weak attempt to create some much needed space. Something that was hard to achieve when I was still sitting on his lap. With a smirk he leaned in and brushed his lips along my jaw.

“Why?” he whispered.

A shiver ran down my neck. “Because I hate you, remember?”

He pulled away enough so that he could look at me. He cocked an eyebrow. A smirk curled at the corner of his mouth. “You hate me so much that you just had your tongue down my throat?”

“This”-I waved my hand between us-“was a dare that your stupid brother gave me before he ran off. All of this was brought on by your stupid idea for a crap drinking game.”

“You’re not having fun?”

With a scowl, I placed my hands on the arms of the chair, and pushed. Trey tightened his grip on my hips, keeping me in place.

“Get. Off.” I sunk as much iron in to my tone as I could muster,

“So, that’s it? You’re just going to go off in a huff and not take this once in a lifetime opportunity to ask anything you want?”

“I have nothing I want to ask you, and if I did, you would probably lie anyway.”

“I’m drunk. Drunk people tell the truth.”

“Like hell they do. Besides you’re not that drunk.”

“Then dare me something.”

I snorted. “No, because I’m not that drunk or stupid.”

“Come on, Danny. You can dare me to do absolutely anything you want; anything you desire.” He slid his hands down the side of my thighs, and back again. “Dare me to kiss you.”

“No.”

“Dare me to touch you.”

“You’re already touching me too much.” And oh, how I liked the feel of his hands on me. I just hated that my clothing was too thick a barrier. I wanted to see how smooth her rough his skin was against mine.

“Then I dare you to dare me to spread you wide and bury my head between your thighs.”

I opened my mouth only to close it again. Words fled me only to be replaced with glorious scenarios of him making good on such a dare. My clit pulsed.

“But don’t you dare sit on my lap and tell me you haven’t thought about taking me for a ride, because I’ve thought about it. I can’t even fucking count how many times I thought about palming this gorgeous ass of yours while burying myself balls deep inside you.” He dragged me to him; lifting his hops slightly so I could feel his jean clad erection rubbing against my covered core. “You make me so fucking hard, Danny.”

My breath hitched as he rubbed against me. Want burned deep inside.

“Ever since that night when you kissed me in the club-”

“You rejected me.” The words feel from my lips before I had a chance to stop them.

He shook his head. “You ran away.”

“Did not.”

“Did too, but it doesn’t matter, because you were drunk.” He ran his hand up my side, slipping it beneath the material of my t-shirt. “I want you sober enough to know that it is me making you scream.”

My throat felt so dry. “I-I’m drunk now.”

His fingers danced over my ribcage. “Not like you were that night.” He cupped my breast, swiping his thumb across my beaded nipple.

My eyelids fluttered shut, and a soft moan slipped from my lips. “Trey?”

“See, sober enough for me.” He pressed a kiss to the hollow of my throat. “Just stop pretending and tell me the truth, Danny. You want me, right?”

I tilted my head back; giving him access to my throat. “It’s not my turn to answer questions.”

“Just answer.”

Part of me wished I was drunk, because then at least I had something I could blame all this idiocy on. It was better that this be a drunken mistake, then a regret. Better that the veil of alcohol distort the details then being able to remember every touch, whisper, and movement.

Lying would be the easy option; anything that would get him out of my apartment so I could wash away the feel of his lips on my skin. God his lips, feather light and yet sinful. Would they feel as good on more sensitive areas?

Two years of bantering. Two years of fantasising. Two years worth of batteries for a toy that never took away that deep forbidden itch.

The real question was, would I be able to cope if I let this opportunity slip through my fingers? If I let the sexy bastard between my thighs walk away?

“Danny?” He brushed his lips against my neck. “Give me an answer once and for all.”

With a ragged breath, I brought my focus back on level with his. “I dare you to find out for yourself.”

Uncertainty flitted across his face. He blinked. “What did you just say?”

“I said . . .” I moved my hand between us and cupped the bulge that was tenting his jeans. “Yes.”

Until next week!

Wednesday Briefs: Truth or Dare?

Today's flash comes to you late again. Many apologies. I did plan to have the next segment of "Truth or Dare?" whipped up yesterday so I could post it this morning, but that didn't happen.

As always I would just like to warn you that this is the first and very rough draft - lots of mistakes included - of a little side project, which I have chosen to work on every Wednesday as part of my flash fiction group. Know that I am very aware it needs a good editing, but like I said, I have left this to the last minute again. So, it has just been the case of write, and post.

The prompt I decided to use this week was: "When did you become such a . . .?"

I hope you enjoy!

Truth or Dare?

My heart pounded like a jack-hammer against my ribcage. The hit of amber liquid didn’t seem to be enough to steady the nerves that danced through my entire body. I felt a slice of lime being dropped in my hand, and the world suddenly turned hazy as Trey retrieved the segment from my palm and placed it in his mouth.

I gulped. Heat flooded me and I wasn’t entirely sure it was alcohol induced or the effect of sensual brown eyes locked on to mine; twisting with unmistakable desire.

Straightening, he clutched me tighter; holding me against his chest. The air caught in my throat as he leaned in. I stilled. Afraid he would hear the wild beat of my heart, which currently seemed to deafen me.
He arched an eyebrow. The movement pulled my focus back to his eyes; a flicker of amusement danced there.

“Chicken shit.” His words laughed through my mind as the corner of his mouth curled.

Dropping my shot glass at the side of us, I cupped his head, and leaned in; catching his mouth with mine. He opened to me without hesitation. The bitter taste of lime flooded my mouth, mixing with the after taste of tequila and salt. The concoction had never tasted so delicious.

I shifted on his lap. The movement caused a groan to emanate in the back of his throat as I rubbed against his covered erection. He slid his hands up my back, his fingers tangled in my hair as he deepened the kiss.
I could feel the segment of lime trapped against his cheek. Its juice running into my mouth as our tongues tangled.

“Okay, so we’re going to go.” Kathy’s voice sliced through my mind, and I suddenly remembered we weren’t alone.

“No.” I squeaked while attempting to untangle myself from Trey’s clutches. “Stay.”

“It’s getting late.” She stood up.

I shoved at Trey’s chest. With a growl he released my mouth. His hands wandered back to my waist; holding me in place.

“Stay over. I don’t mind.” I twisted in his grip, watching in fear as Kathy pushed Benjamin toward my front door. “I can make up the sofa bed.”

“I have to be up early tomorrow. I have a lot to do.”

“Like what?” Ben asked while he pulled his jacket on.

She gave him a pointed look. “Just some stuff.”

“What kind of stuff?”

“Since when did you become such a nosey bugger?”

“I-“

“Can’t it wait?” The tone of my voice was practically pleading. The weight of Trey’s hands on my back as he held me against his erection had me shivering. Whether it was from fear or anticipation, I had no idea.

“I really wish it could.” She opened the door and ushered Benjamin out of the doorway. “But it can’t. I will call you tomorrow, okay?”

“Kat!”

“Bye.” And with that she shut the door leaving me with the hottest and most annoying man I had ever known, or wanted.

“So, truth or dare?” His voice rolled over me.

With a clenched jaw I turned back to him. “Games over.”

“Not for us, baby.” Without taking his focus from me, he spat the lime slice on the floor. “It’s only just begun.”

Until next week!

Wednesday Briefs: Truth or Dare?

I missed doing flash fiction last Wednesday because my mother wasn't very well, and I wasn't getting a lot of sleep. Today's flash is a continuation of the excerpt I posted a fortnight ago. Like last time I would like to point out that this is a rough draft, and I mean rough as in I have just written it and posted it. Very naughty, I know, but I have had a busy day and only just finished this about fifteen minutes ago.

So, I haven't edited it. I haven't polished, or padded it out with more detail, which I know for a fact it does need. And I can say right now that there will be a ton of things I will want to change and end up changing when I go over the entire story from start to finished.

So be warned; this is very rough writing - mistakes included- which isn't written in stone until I am happy enough with the story on a whole to submit.

The prompt I have decided to use this week is: "He was the kind of guy you just wanted to lick ... off of."

Hope you enjoy!

Truth or Dare?

A couple of hours later . . .

Blissful heat tingled beneath every inch of my skin as I sat crossed legged on the sofa. My focus was fixed upon a giggling Kathy who sat perfectly still as Ben attempted to collect the full shot glass from her cleavage.

She shrieked. “It’s going everywhere.”

“Stop moving then.” Ben chuckled and loudly slurped the tequila from the glass. With a triumphant shout, he sucked on the lime he had held in his hand.

Kathy removed the glass and put it on the table. “I’m all sticky.”

“I can help with that.” Ben leant in and ran his tongue along the top of each of her breasts. “Tequila never tasted better.”

“Great now I have your saliva all over me instead.”

“I’m sure you’ve had more than his saliva on you before.” Trey leaned in and poured another four glasses as Benjamin laughed.

Shaking my head, I scowled at him. “You’re so fucking gross.”

“Just being’ realistic. It ain’t like we’re a bunch of virgins.” He pushed a tumbler toward me. “You’re turn, Danny, and Ben gets to pick the question or the dare.”

“Fine by me.”

“But this time you’re doing a dare.”

“Hate to break it you, but it is my choice to choose, not yours.”

“You keep picking’ truths.”

“And?”

“Well, not that it ain’t fascinating watching your blush over all your sexual experiences or anything, but stop being such a chicken shit.”

“Fuck you.”

“Any time. Any place.”

“Fine. I will take a dare.” I looked at Ben. “What do you want me to do?”

A wicked grin that was almost as sexy as his brothers spread across his lips. “I want you to lick salt off Trey’s neck, and then take the lime from his mouth.”

He had to be fucking kidding. “Do I dare ask where I will be drinking the tequila from?”

His gaze flicked to Trey, who I couldn’t bring myself to look at. I held up my hand to cut Ben off before he suggested anything else.

“Fine.” I untangled my legs and slid off the sofa. I took hold of my shot glass and levelled a look at Trey. He pulled his t-shirt over his head, and my mouth dried at the ripple of his six-pack as he moved. He was solid; perfect. His skin was a healthy bronze. A fine dusting of dark hair ran from his navel and crept down into his jeans.

I hated to admit it, but he was the kind of guy you just wanted to lick ... well, anything off of.

Slowly, I made my way round the coffee table. Despite the fact that my legs felt as though they were turning to jelly, I kept my gaze fixed on his, not wanting  to give the satisfaction of seeing how this stupid dare was affecting him. Although, I was pretty certain that the press of my hardening nipples against the fabric of my top was a dead give away.

I stopped in front of him. “Well?”

Lifting his hand, he ran his tongue up the length of his palm, and then wiped his saliva on his neck. Grabbing the salt shaker he tilted his head, and shook the white granules over his skin. “Whenever you’re ready, sugar lips.” His lips twisted at the corners.

“It would be a lot easier if you stood up.”

“Too easy.” He tucked the salt shaker down the side of the armchair, and patted his lap. “Hop on.”

“What?”

“I’m not going to bite you, Danny. Not unless you ask me too.”

Heat rushed to my cheeks and quickly spread down my neck. With a determined grunt, I carefully slid on to his lap. My thighs awkwardly trapped beneath his and the arms of the chair. He ran his hands up my legs, and around to my ass, pulling me closer as he sat up and offered me his neck.

“Go on, lick me.” The words were rough as they fell from his lips. And said in that particular way of his. A way that conjured images of him fisting his hand in my hair and begging me to take his cock in my mouth.

My nipples tightened painfully at that idea, and I found myself wondering what he would taste like. What he would feel like. I had to fight the urge to grind against him. An impulse which was hard to ignore when I could feel that he was growing hard again beneath me. His reaction both thrilled and amused me. And with a shit load of alcohol in my system, and the simple fact I had been dared to do this idiotic stunt I was in the perfect position to tease him a little; try and reek some form of revenge even if it did meant that I would be getting my favourite toy out tonight to take the edge off.

Sliding my hand round his neck, I threaded my fingers in his hair and pulled his head farther to the side. The cord of muscle bulged at me as he swallowed. Leaning in I licked the hollow of his neck; gentle, teasing. I shifted in his lap. He squeezed my ass and I had to cut off a moan.

“Danny . . .”

I ran my tongue up the length of his neck; once, twice. The scent of cologne on his skin mixed with salt was strangely erotic.

Releasing his hair, I pulled away. My pulse fluttered as I looked in his darkening eyes.

“Lime.” I held my free hand out and quickly knocked my tequila back.

Wednesday Briefs: Truth or Dare?

I recently joined a flash fiction group. The idea intrigued me and I thought that having a goal to post something every Wednesday might help me get into the habit of writing. I may have mentioned it in my update post a couple of days ago, but for the last two weeks I have been playing catch-up. And guess what? I'm still playing.

I'm nowhere freaking near to being caught up with everything, which means all my WIP have gone on hold at the moment. Sucks, but it needs to be done.

Anyway, I decided that one of the prompts for this week would work well with one of my smaller WIP's. Hey, I figured if I can't work on anything I might as well link my flash fiction challenged or 1k a week into it, and then at least one project is slowly getting done.

So, the prompt I chose for this weeks flash is: "When was the last time you....?" You will have to see if you can find it.

I would like to mention that this bit of writing is rough and unedited as I haven't had the time to pad it out or polish it. This is the start of my WIP, "Truth or Dare?" it will be a short contemporary erotic. I will either keep writing it for flash fiction Wednesday  or alternate each week, but once the story is complete and padded out to my satisfaction, and then edited, I plan to submit it.

So, I hope you enjoy!

Truth or Dare?

“Bye. Thanks for coming,” I said for the hundredth time. Closing the door, I wandered back into the living room and collapsed onto my purple sofa. “I have no idea who half of those people were.”

“That would make two of us.” Kathy laughed and cuddled up to Benjamin. “At the least the house warming was a success.”

“Yeah, I can see that.” My gaze wandered around my living room noting the empty paper cups and bottles hogging every available surface. “I so cannot be bothered to tidy this place up.”

Kathy shrugged one shoulder. “Do it in the morning.”

That idea was fine by me. All I wanted to do was crawl in to bed and pass out. It had been a dumb idea to hold a house-warming party. Well, an apartment warming party. My place had been packed the last three hours, mainly by my new and seriously nosey neighbours, who had no doubt had a good snoop round.

My brow furrowed as I heard the toilet being flushed. “Oh god, please don’t tell me I have to get rid of another one?”

Benjamin barked a laugh. His messy brown hair fell over his eyes. “It’s only Trey.”

I shot him an aggravated look. “Oh, even better, I know have to get your ass of a brother out of my apartment.”

Kathy shook her head, causing her blonde curls to bounce. “What’s the deal with you two?”

“She secretly wants me.”

Trey’s alto voice vibrated down my spine as he stopped behind me.

I snorted. “In your dreams.”

“No, baby, in my fantasies.” I felt his breath on my neck as he leaned down and placed his lips to my ear. “And In my fantasies you want me, real bad.”

I wasn’t sure if it was his words or the simple warmth of his breath, but goosebumps broke on my skin, and I had to fight to contain a shudder.

“Don’t make me sick.” I forced the words out. Scowling as his deep chuckle replied.

“Everyone gone?” he asked, walking round the sofa and into my line of view.

“Well, you’re still here, so obviously not.”

He shot me his killer grin and part of me wanted to melt. “You say the sweetest things, sugar lips.”

Irritated clawed down my spine at the idiotic pet name he had gifted me. I flipped him off, and moved my attention back to Kathy and Ben, before I did something idiotic like smile back.

I didn’t know what it was about Trey, well, that was a lie he was pig-headed and obnoxious and I loathed him on so many levels. Not that those simple facts stopped moisture flooding my panties every time he turned his wicked attention on me.

God, I hated the effect he had on my body.

“Well, if it’s just the four of us finally, I think it’s about time I gave Danny her house warming gift.”

“I’d say “how sweet,” but knowing you this is probably going to be something that will end up in my bin.”
Trey walked over to my TV cabinet and reached behind the television. “Fine by me; as long as we drink it first.” Twisting, he turned with a bottle of tequila in his grasp.

“Way to go bro.” Benjamin saluted him with his beer.

I cocked an eyebrow at him. “I think that’s more a present for you than me.”

“How about it’s a present for all of us.” He walked to the coffee table and placed the bottle down. “I thought it would be a good idea if we christened your new place.” Suggestion flooded his dark eyes as he fell back into the armchair. It took every ounce of sanity I had no to squirm under his piercing gaze.

“What with vomit?”

“I was thinking more along the lines of a little tequila fuelled truth or dare.”

Kathy giggled. “Oh, that sounds fun.”

“What are we fourteen year olds?” I glanced between them all.

“What’s a matter, Danny, afraid you’re going to have to do something you might like?” His lips twitched. His gaze latched with mine.

My stomach flipped. Every fibre in my body told me this was a bad idea, but no way was I going to let this jerk-off laugh at me over a stupid game and some alcohol.

“I ain’t afraid of anything.”

A slow smile crawled across his lips. “Prove it.”

“Fine.” I pushed myself up. ““I will go get the shot glasses and limes.”

“That’s my girl.”

“I’m not your girl.” I walked into my kitchen and grabbed a couple of limes from the fruit bowl. Grabbing a knife from the block I halved each lime and then again until they were in segments before throwing them in a nearby – semi-clean – bowl.

I wandered over to my glass cupboard, and reached up on tiptoes to find the cluster of tumblers. A large hand landed on my hip. Fingertips skimmed the hem of my jeans as solid muscle pressed me into the kitchen counter.
“Need any help?” Trey asked with amusement lighting his voice.

I had to fight off an involuntary shudder as the unwanted thought of him spreading my legs and fucking me right on the spot sent tingles to my clit. I bit off a growl of frustration.

“Not from you, I don’t.”

His husky laughter rumbled through my back. Soft lips pressed against my ear. “Why are you so stubborn?”
“Why are you so impatient? Can’t a girl cut limes and grab glasses in peace?”

My stomach quivered as he slipped his hand round to my stomach; playing with the button on my jeans. “Are you sure you want to play? Who knows what I might ask you.”

He slid hid hand from under my t-shirt, and walked his fingers up my arm as he reached into the cupboard. His hips pinned me to the counter, and I had to cut off a groan at the feel of his impressive erection digging in to my ass.

I clenched my thighs together as tingles fluttered in my clit. My eyelids fluttered shut. “Ask whatever you want. You don’t scare me.”

His voice was rough. “Don’t say I didn’t warn you.”
